12 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 lg. chopped onion
green & red sweet pepper, optional
1 1/2 c. cubed ham
30 oz. frozen shredded hash browns, thaw
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

In a large bowl combine: eggs, milk, salt, pepper & cayenne.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased 9 x 13" pan.
Bake uncovered at 350* for 45 to 50 minutes, until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Serve warm.
