1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips & seasoned with salt & pepper
2 tbsp butter
2 cups heavy cream
4 cloves garlic, peeled
3/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 lb fettucini

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the chicken strips in butter until white and cooked through.
In a medium saucepan, simmer garlic cloves in the cream for 10 minutes. Do not boil.
Pour the cream sauce into the pan with the cooked chicken, removing the garlic cloves. Stir in the Parmesan. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Toss pasta with the sauce and serve with extra Parmesan if desired.
