1 lb spaghetti
1/2 lb bacon, sliced crosswise into 1/2" pieces
3 large eggs
1 cup grated Parmesan
Freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook the bacon until just crispy, 8 to 10 minutes. Skim off some of the fat. Drain pasta, reserving 1 cup of the water, add to the bacon in the pan and toss to coat.
Whisk together the eggs, cheese and pepper in a small bowl. Pour into the pasta and combine thoroughly. If pasta is gummy, mix in a little bit of the reserved pasta water.
