1 Box Lemon Cake Mix
1 (3 oz.) Pkg Lime Jello
1 (3 oz.) Pkg Instant Lemon Pudding Mix
1-1/2 C. Cold Milk
1 (8 oz.) Container Cool Whip, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve lime Jello in 3/4 c. hot water. Add 1/2 c. cold water and set aside. Mix and bake cake according to directions. While cake is still warm, poke holes across top and slowly pour Jello evenly across the surface. Refrigerate while preparing topping.

In a chilled bowl, blend the instant lemon pudding and cold milk. Add the thawed Cool Whip and blend well. Frost top of cake with pudding mixture and refrigerate.

This recipe came from Martha Morby, a church friend and excellent baker. It just seems like a good spring time dessert and I've served it a couple of times at Easter dinners.
