5 Strawberries
7 Blueberries
1 cup Orange Juice with Mango
2 tbsp. Honey
3-4 cups crushed ice
4 chunks pineapples (optional)

You may add whey protein for weight loss or muscle building

Directions:
Blend banana, strawberries, blueberries, pineapples, orange juice, honey, and crushed ice in a blender until smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender a couple of times. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
