1 round Gouda cheese
1 Pillsbury crescent roll
Dijon mustard
egg white
Sesame Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Take 4 triangles of crescent roll dough, pinch together to make a square. Seal seams with egg white. Place cheese in middle of square after removing wax casing from cheese and spread mustard over cheese. Bring up corners to seal pastry around cheese. With leftover triangles, cut long strips and braid 2 together, then 2 more together. Lay over top of pastry as in wrapping a package. Seal all with egg white and sprinkle top with sesame seeds.
Bake @ 400º for 20 minutes. Cut in wedges and serve warm.

Personal Notes:
Easy, impressive and delicious!
I've also changed it up a little and instead of spreading with dijon mustard, you can spread with red pepper jelly or a favorite jam, such as strawberry, fig or whatever you like!
