1 and 1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp soda bi carbonate
1 cup flour
10 tbsp milk
4 tbsp cocoa
3 eggs

Icing
1 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
½ cup butter
1 tin condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla

Cake
Sieve the dry ingredients
Beat butter, than add sugar and mix well. Add egg yolks, beat lightly, add milk
In separate bowl, beat egg white till stiff, mix in the remaining sugar gradually
Mix the dry ingredients to the butter, egg yolk. Beat lightly, then put the egg white. Fold.
Bake at 180º F for 40 minutes
Put icing when the cake cools.

Icing
Put all the ingredients for icing together in a saucepan. Cook over low fire, stir constantly until think in consistency.
