Ingredients:
Ingredients:
For the bread
300 gms white flour
pinch salt
1 full tsp yeast mixed with warm water and 1 tsp sugar (till it froths)
olive oil – 2 - 3 tbsp

For the Herbed butter
50 gms butter
3 – 4 cloves minced / crushed garlic
minced chives and parsley (1 tsp each)
minced sun dried tomatoes (1 – 2 tsp)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix gently all the above bread ingredients and make a nice smooth soft elastic dough.
Leave it covered in a warm place (I kept it in the warm oven) till it doubles in size.
Punch down the dough and roll again – the whole dough - roll it out into a rectangular piece – about 3/4th cm thick, and then mix the herbed butter ingredients and spread it all over:
Roll the dough like swiss roll and slice into little thick pieces – keep on an oven tray (better round one) leaving enough place between them to rise – keep covered again for 30 mts – 1 hr - till it doubles in size again – all the separate pieces will stick to each other like one huge piece after it rises. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes (200 degrees c) till light golden brown – spread olive oil on top and eat warm………..
