3 cups raw rice
1 coconut scraped
Coconut milk
1tbsp cooked rice
¼ tsp yeast (soak in warm water and let it rise)
Kappi (take 2 level tbsp of rawa, add ¾ cup of water and cook) cooled
Salt, sugar & cardamom powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Grind the soaked rice with a little coconut milk (instead of water), scraped coconut, and 1tbsp cooked rice.
Finally add the kappi, yeast, salt, sugar (2tbsp) & beat once more. Keep overnight

In the morning add sugar (as per taste), cardamom powder, mix well and keep for ½ hr before steaming. Steam till done.
