480gms tea sugar
9 heaped tsp powdered gelatin
100ml water
juice of 1 orange and 1 sour lime
100gms tea sugar for dusting
food colors (liquid)

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the gelatin in the fruit juices. Put the sugar and water in a vessel and melt it on a low heat. When the sugar has dissolved, put in the gelatine and stir well, till well blended. Cook for 5 minutes or so. The mixture should now fall as a transparent sheet from the spoon. When ready remove from heat. Remove the white scum gently or strain. Divide and mix in colors. Pour the mixture in small greased trays about 3/4 inch deep. Let it set overnight. The next day, loosed the edges with a knife. Sprinkle tea sugar on a cutting board. Lift the set jujube on the board and cut into 1inch squares. Roll each in fine tea sugar.
