Directions:
Try to arrange this on a flat square plate if possible - arrange each item on the plate like a thick stripe next to each other - for colour co-ordination - make one line of lettuce, next to it a line of shredded carrots, next to it corn, next to it peppers and so forth. This looks very attractive. Just before taking it to the table, drizzle olive oil, mixed with pepper, salt and lime juice on it -while serving it – serve it across so that a little of each item is gets into the spoon.
