Kheema - 500 gm
Cooking oil - 6 tbsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Ground masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garlic & Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Onion finely chopped - 225 gm
Tomato finely chopped - 225 gm
Chopped coriander leaves - 25 gm
Salt to taste

Boil the kheema with a pinch of black pepper and salt.
Heat the oil in a shallow pan and fry the garlic & ginger paste, immediately follow with the onions until they are golden brown.
Add pepper, red chilli, coriander, turmeric, masala, salt and fry gently for a minute and add tomato and stir for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add the boiled kheema and stir for 2 minutes, add little boiled water and cook for few second if you want with gravy.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
