1 lb. Hot Italian Sausage
1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
29 oz. can Tomato Puree
12 oz. can Tomato Paste
29 oz. can Tomato Sauce
1 Tbsp. Beef Base
1 Tbsp. Chicken Base
1-1/2 C. Hot Water
1/2 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp. Dried Basil
1 tsp. Oregano
2 Bay Leaves
1 tsp. ground Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Ground Thyme

Brown Italian Sausage with Minced Garlic in Dutch Oven. Drain sausage.
Add Tomato Puree, Tomato Paste and Tomato Sauce.
Dissolve Beef Base and Chicken Base in Hot Water, add water and base mixture to pan. Stir well to combine. Add Parmesan Cheese and all seasonings to mixture. Stir well to combine. Simmer on low heat for approximately 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Serve over your favorite pasta. I use this for Italian Spaghetti, Lasagna, Manicotti, Stuffed Shells and Ziti.
