1 c white corn syrup
2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c water
12 oz RAW Spanish peanuts
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine syrup, sugar and water in a heavy saucepan. Bring slowly to 230º or until syrup spins a fine thread. Add peanuts and continue to cook to 300º. Remove from heat. Add butter, vanilla, soda and salt: stir until well blended.

Pour into a well buttered jelly roll pan ( 15"x10"x1"). When cool, break into pieces. Makes 1 1/2 pounds.
