2 large cans Italian tomatoes with basil
2 large cans of tomato puree with basil
2 8 ounce cans of tomato paste
6 cloves of fresh pressed garlic
1 tsp sweet basil
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put Italian tomatoes through food mill so it comes out (completely smooth) with 'no pieces' or seeds
2. Add puree, paste, and all seasonings.
3. meatballs, sausage, pork chops all give the sauce more flavor when cooked in the sauce.
4. Cook on low for at least 3 hours.

I freeze leftover meat and sauce separately or the meat absorbs the sauce.
