2/3 c carrots
2/3 c chopped celery
1/4 c chopped onion
4 c chicken broth
1/4 lb. butter
2/3 c flour
3/4 c cheese (cheddar or sharp cheddar)
1/2 c beer
Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 3 ingredients 15 minutes in chicken broth. Brown butter and flour. Then add broth mixture. Whisk it in slowly. Add cheese and slowly add beer.
