1 cup flour
2 sticks butter
8 cups milk
1 lg bag noodles
1 pkg frozen peas & carrots
2 lg cans tuna

Topping:
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare white sauce; melt butter, blend in flour, slowly add milk to mixture. Bring to a slow boil on stovetop. Set aside. (Add less milk if you desire a thicker sauce)
Cook & drain noodles
Place white sauce in casserole dish; fold in drained tuna, peas, carrots, and noodles.
Melt some butter in microwave and add desired amount of crushed Ritz crackers. Stir to coat crackers and top casserole with mixture.
Place dish in 350' over and bake uncovered for approximately 45-60 minutes or until sauce bubbles around edges.
