7 qts cucumbers peeled and sliced
1 1/2 qts onions sliced
salt
vinegar
6 cups white sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup mustard
2 qts vinegar
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle cucumbers and onions with salt and let stand overnight. Drain. Scald in weak vinegar (half water), drain. Have ready when scalded... sugar, flour, mustard, vinegar, tumeric, celery seed. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Put scalded cukes and onions in hot sterilized jars. Pour sauce over. Fill 1/4 to 1/2 inch from top of jars. Seal. You can mix sauce and cukes and heat to just boiling and pour in jars and seal.
