Chicken - 2 lbs
Oil - 4 tbsp
Cinnamon - 2 sticks
Clove - 4 nos
Cardamon - 4 nos
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Kas Kas - 1 1/2 tbsp paste
Coconut - 2 tbsp paste
Red chilly - 10 nos paste
Tomato - 1 no paste
Onion - 1 no chopped
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 tsp each
Salt - as required

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a pan add cinnamon, clove, cardamon, onion and saute till the onion turns golden brown then add ginger & garlic paste.
Add kas kas, coconut, red chilly, turmeric and tomato paste and saute for 5 mins. add chicken, salt, water and cook till chicken is tender.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
