1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk. (sour)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup mashed bananas

Icing -
1 cup brown sugars
Milk
1 tsp vanilla
Slice of margarine
1 1/2 cups icing sugar

2 cups flour
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Bake at 350 oven for 30 to 45 minutes

Icing - pour enough milk to soak brown sugar. Bring to a boil, cool a minute or two. Add vanilla and mix well then add icing sugar. Mix well and pour over cake.
