one pie crust
1 cup milk
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheesed
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
salt and dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. par-bake pie crust until lightly browned
2. put bacon and mushrooms in bottom of pie crust
3. sprinkle with cheese
4. mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over cheese
5. bake at 350 for 45 minutes of until firm and eggs are not wet when cut in the middle
