1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 lb. ricotta, 1/4 lb mozzarella grated, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. grated Romano cheese, 1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles, tomato or meat sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Parboil spinach, add salt and squeeze until moisture is removed. Combine spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, grated cheese, egg and pepper. Parboil lasagna and remove and pour cold water over them and cut in half horizontally. On each half put a dollop of the mixture and roll up and place seam side down on pan that has some sauce on bottom. Place side by side and pour sauce over all. Bake at 350º for 35 min. or until done.
