2 large egg whites, room temperature
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper or Silpat. Beat egg whites, salt and sugar together until stiff peaks form. Fold in the vanilla and chocolate chips. Drop by heaping teaspoonful onto lined cookie sheets. Place the cookies into the oven, shut the door and count to 60. Turn the oven off immediately. Do NOT open the oven door. Let cookies sit in the oven for 3 hours or overnight.
