2 T water
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Enough flour to make dough stiff enough to roll out

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in water, add salt. Mix baking powder with 1/2 cup flour to start. Mix with egg/water mixture. Continue to add flour til dough is not sticky and you can roll it out. Roll out to 1/4" to 1/8" thin, depending on how you like your noodles. Cut in lengths of your choosing. Then use in any of your favorite dishes, chicken & noodles/beef stew/spaghetti sauce or just with butter and salt.
Recipe can be increased by adding 1 to each ingredient (3 eggs, 3 T water, 3 tsp. salt, 3 tsp. baking powder).
