4 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
2 sticks melted margarine
4 T cocoa
1 1/2 cups Swans Down Cake Flour
2/14 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped pecans 1 tsp vanilla
Topping:
22 or more large marshmallows
Frosting:
4 T cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
4T melted
Evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients in mixer. Combine the flour baking powder and salt. Add to other ingredients and mix. Add the chopped pecans and vanilla. Pour into well greased 9x14 baking pan. Bake 45-55 minutes at 350º.
Cut the marshmallows in half lengthwise. Immediately after cake is removed from oven, place the marshmallows cut side down on cake.
Prepare the frosting by combining the cocoa, powdered sugar and melted butter in mixer. Add evaporated milk until it is the correct consistency of a frosting that can be poured. (Careful not to make it too thin, though.)
Pour frosting over the cooled cake.
