3 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Pumpkin
1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
3/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Cup Walnuts



Filling:

4 Tbsp butter
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 3oz. Cream Cheese ( Softened)
** Beat well ***

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs on high speed of electric mixed for 5 minutes. Gradually beat in cup of sugar. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice, then stir in dry ingredients. Mix well. Spread in a well greased and floured 13 x 10 x 1 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Roll up and let cool. When cook, unroll and add filling. (See above )
Roll up as a Jelly Roll. Chill
