1 pkg refrigerated pizza crust
8 slices bacon, cooked and divided
8 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
2 cloves of garlic pressed
1 ounce fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup of jarred Alfredo pasta sauce
1/4 tsp of fresh ground pepper
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. Unroll dough on pizza stone and stretch the dough to cove the bottom of the pan. Bake 10-12 minutes or until the crust begins to brown.
2. cook bacon until crisp, drain.
3. Put spinach and garlic in covered bowl and microwave on high for about 2-3 minutes or until spinach begins to wilt. Remove lid and put contents on plate. Blot with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
3. Combine Alfredo sauce, 1/2 of the crumbled bacon and pepper. spread sauce on the crust. top with 1/ of the mozzarella cheese, the other half of the bacon and the spinach mixture. the top with remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown
