9 inch gram cracker pie crust
1 10 ounce box of frozen strawberries
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 egg whites
1 cup whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Break up block of strawberries into pieces in a large bowl.
2. Add sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, egg whites and beat on highest speed with electric mixer for 15 minutes. Mixture should be light and pink and fluffy and will fill the bowl. Fold in the whipped cream.
3. Turn mixture into pie crust and freeze overnight.
4. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving
