2 lbs, lean pork chunks
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp corn starch
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 medium sweet onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 20 ounce can pineapple chunks

Directions:
Directions:
1. sprinkle pork in paprika and brown in olive oil
2. Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and juice from pineapple chunks.
3. add meat, chopped onion and pepper, stir together and cover.
4 cook in crock pot on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
5. add pineapple chunks about 1/2 hour before serving
