Ingredients:  
Beef stew mean, lean and cut into bite sized chunks
2 cups homemade spaghetti sauce
2 cups of beef broth
1 scant cup of red wine
1 sweet onion, chopped
fresh garlic
sliced mushrooms
baby carrots
red bliss potatoes cut into bite size chunks if desired
1-2 bay leafs
small amount of flour
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat beef chunks in seasoned flour and brown in olive oil. Put meet in crock pot.
2. saute onions, garlic and mushrooms in small amount of olive oil and add to crock pot.
3. add the wine, beef broth, spaghetti sauce and seasonings.
4. cook on high for about 6 hours or on low for 8-10
