1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup melted butter
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla

Filling
8 ounces of cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup semi sweet choc chips

Directions:
Directions:
mix dry and wet ingredients separately and then combine them and mix well.

Fill paper lined cupcake tins no more than half way.

Mix cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips

plop heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into center of each cupcake. sprinkle with white sugar

bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
