2 small cans cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese, i use a little more
1/4 to 1/4 sweet onion, grated
1 1/3 cups sour cream

4 - 6 halves of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt, pepper, paprika, butter


Directions:
Directions:
1. season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and paprika and brown in butter in a large skillet. Place in a baking dish
2. In a saucepan combine the soup, milk, cheese, onion and cook over low heat until the cheese melts. Then stir n the sour cream.
3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
5. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 30 minutes.

This is a family favorite since Lauren was little and liked to eat almost nothing. The cookbook still says "Great recipe, even Lauren loved it"
