3 1/2 cups pecan halves
1 stick butter
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Toast nuts on cookie sheet in oven at 350 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned
While in oven beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add in sugar and salt.
Pour nuts into bowl and stir until coated
put one stick melted butter on cookie sheet
spread nut mixture on cookie sheet.
Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
