1 1/2 cups seasoned croutons, crushed finely
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 egg whites
1 pound chicken breasts, pounded and cut into strips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 450
In a medium bowl, combine crouton crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic and salt.
Dip chicken breast strips in egg white and then in above mixture coating evenly.
arrange chicken strips on baking stone and bake for 14-16 minutes.
