2 15 ounce cans black beans,drained and rinsed.
1/2 to 2 cups frozen shoepeg corn
1/2 cup (or more) diced tomatoes
1 bunch scallions
1 orange pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper

Mix
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp worcheshire sauce
1 tsp tobacco sauce
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper

Directions:

chop veggies and stir together. Mix sauce and pour over veggies and stir together. Stir together and chill for several hours.
