2 lb bag frozen hash brown potatoes
grated onion to taste
1 stick butter, melted
8 ounce cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 can milk
at least 1 pound cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and beat with cream cheese, soup, milk and onion. Stir in about 2/3 of the cheddar cheese. Stir in potatoes and spread into 9 X 13 pan. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 - 60 minutes.
