1 lb Ricotta Cheese
16 ounce Cream Cheese
4 eggs
3 Tbsp cornstarch
3 Tbsp flour
juice of 1/2 lemon (approx 1 Tbsp)
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup white sugar
16 ounces sour cream
1 stick butter melted

Directions:

preheat oven to 325. Grease spring-lock pan.
Cream ricotta and cream cheese until there are no lumps. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Mix in other ingredients, except sour cream, until well blended. Fold in sour cream. Bake at 325 for 1 hour 10 minutes. Turn off oven. DO NOT OPEN OVEN. Leave in the oven for 2 more hours. Take out of oven and put in frig. Take out of pan when COLD.
