1 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. water, 1 egg, some grated cheese, zucchini flowers or other cut up vegetables.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter. Add cheese to taste. Dip zucchini flowers or other vegetables into batter and deep fry until golden brown. Drain and serve warm.
