2 sticks butter, softened
2 cups dark brown sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 Cup milk
3 Cups Flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

4-5 ripe bananas (depending on size & preference)

Directions:
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350
2. grease bunt pan or muffin pan
3. cream together butter and brown sugar until light & fluffy.
4. in a separate bowl beat together eggs and milk
5. in another bowl combine flour, salt and baking soda
6. alternately mix egg mixture and flour mixture into butter and sugar.
7. Mash bananas and blend into cake batter

Put into greased cake pan and bake for about 50 minutes if in a bunt pan and less for muffins.

Banana bread is done when the knife comes out dry
