2 fresh broccoli crown bunches
1-2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp chili powder
3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the broccoli so it is just the crowns of broccoli, mix in a bowl with the olive oil and garlic salt. Put it on a cookie sheet and sprinkle them with chili powder. Roast in the oven on 450 degrees for about 30 minutes or so, watch it to make sure it doesn't burn. They should be a bit crisp.
