1 can chick peas
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the can of chick peas, pour the chick peas onto a paper towel and blot them to get the liquid off. Pour the chick peas into a bowl and coat them with the olive oil, Cayenne pepper and garlic salt, pour them onto a cookie sheet and roast for 20-30 minutes at 425 degrees, until they are nice and brown (watch them to make sure they don"t burn). It is a nice healthy snack!
