1 large C. Libby's plain pumpkin (2 heaping cups)
1 C. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsp. molasses
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 C. evaporated milk (I use half and half)

Preheat oven to 425º
In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Pour into prepared pie plates and bake 40 to 45 minutes.

My family has grown up eating this pie. It was my Dad's favorite and he had pumpkin pies for his birthday instead of cake. It's such an easy pie to make and the best pumpkin pie I have ever had!
