Cake:
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping:
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Mix cake ingredients and pour into a crock pot sprayed with Pam. Add topping and pour over the cake. Cook for 6 to 8 hours on low. Serve in bowls and spoon extra chocolate syrup over cake if desired. Top with Vanilla ice cream or Cool-Whip.
