1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp grated Romano cheese
2 eggs
salt & pepper to taste
fresh Italian leaf parsley, chopped
3 tbsp tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients together with your hands. Form into 2" meatballs & fry in olive oil.
