1/2 lb fettuccine pasta
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips/pieces
1 1/4 cup chicken broth
4 tsp flour
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
3 Tbs Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder (or I use real garlic, 3-4 cloves)
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta as directed.
Heat in a large skillet, with little olive oil, add chicken, cook 5-7 min until cooked through.
Remove from skillet.
Stir in cream cheese, 2 Tbs Parmesan cheese, garlic, pepper; cook 2 min, stirring constantly until mixture
boils and thickens. Stir in chicken.
Drain pasta. Pour chicken mixture over pasta, toss to coat.
After served on plate, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on served plates.
