5 lb potatoes
1 cup sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes; cook in large pot of salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork tender. Drain; mash with 4 tbsp butter & 1/2-1 cup milk. Stir in the sour cream, cream cheese, salt & pepper; pour into casserole dish. At this point they can be covered & kept in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks. When ready to bake, dot with 2 tbsp butter; bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until hot.
