Southern Style frozen biscuits, pkg of 8-12
3/4 lb pork sausage (I use mild Jimmy Dean)
1/2 cup flour
4 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet with butter; add salt & pepper. Mix flour and milk together, add to sausage & heat to just under a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and whisk until thickened. Serve over prepared biscuits.

Very simple, and by far one of my favorite comfort foods! I even make it for dinner sometimes.
