2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 jars baby food carrots
Frosting:
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 cup butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs, sugar and oil; add remaining ingredients and beat. Grease 9x13 pan; pour in batter. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Cool.
Frosting: beat together all ingredients until smooth. Frost.
