4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
lemon pepper
salt
mushrooms
1 stick butter
4 T. Worchestershire sauce
4 T. liquid smoke
2 tsp. lemon pepper
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. Cavender's seasoning
2 tsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken and drain excess water; place chicken on foil lined baking pan; sprinkle tops of chicken with lemon pepper and salt; bake at 350º for approximately 45 minutes or until chicken is done (do not overcook). While chicken is cooking, brush clean fresh mushrooms and place in a medium sauce pan; add butter, Worchestershire sauce, liquid smoke, lemon pepper, garlic salt, Cavender's seasoning and oregano; stir to mix well; simmer on low/medium heat stirring occasionally. Prepare rice according to package directions. Serve chicken over rice and spoon some mushrooms over the chicken. Serve with a salad and hot bread.
