* Your favorite meat loaf recipe already cooked.
* Instant mashed potatoes
* Cheese
* Candles

1) Make your favorite meat loaf recipe and bake it in a bundt cake pan. (You can do this during the weekend so it's ready for the oven).

2) While it's baking whip up some instant mashed potatoes.

3) Remove the meat loaf from the pan and "ice" it with the mashed potatoes.

4) Sprinkle a little cheese on top.

5) Add a couple of candles and bring your "cake" to the table.

** When you slice it, it looks like chocolate cake with white icing.
